We do our best to improve the use of our facility by all people. There is a accessibility ramp on the Roland Park entrance of our building, with parking reserved near the Oakdale entrance for those with disabilities. The ground floor which includes the church sanctuary, fellowship hall, classrooms, nursery, church office, and restroom is wheelchair accessible. At present, the basement level of our building requires using stairs and not considered easily accessible.
During our worship service, we provde the following:
Hearing Loop: The mid-section of our sanctuary is served by a hearing loop assistance system. Users with hearing aids should turn their instruments to the T-coil setting if available. Individuals may also request a headset from the greeters and our sound technicians can help you get setup as needed.
Closed Captioning is also available via Zoom.
We have footstools available for your comfort. Stools are located in the back of the sanctuary under the “busy box” table. Our greeters would be glad to provide you one if you’d like.
Quiet Room: We understand that some folks may need a quiet place to be alone from time to time during our services. The church office (at the far end of the fellowship hall) is open as a space for reflection.
For those who are unable to attend in person due to health concerns, virtual participation in each Sunday service is facilitated via Zoom. Email our Church Administrator at admin@bmoremenno.org for the link. Please contact us if you have additional questions about accessibility.
